I found my great-grandfather Wincent Radaskiewicz and his brother Adam along with their families in the 1900 Census. They were living in Fairfield, CT. at that time. The listing is very hard to read, but from the birth date given and the first names I am very certain this is the family. Malgorzata's immigration date was there and I used that to start finding her passengership manifest .
I finally found what I think to be the passenger ship list of my great grandmother Malgorzata Chajnacka, Margaret Chojnacka Radaskiewicz. She is listed on line #75 toward the bottom the document.
This is one of those instances where the original Polish spelling of the name is very important. At the Ellis Island site I did a search on the first name using only the first initial of M and Choj for the last name. From the list of possibilities I found Malgorzata Chajnacka, but the original image of the manifest was not available. So I when to Stephen Morse's site, Finding Missing Manifests in One Step, where you can find the broken or missing links to passengership lists. Armed with basic information from Ellis Island database, the ship and arrival date. I entered that data and went to the correct roll and then frame by frame to the ship she arrived on and then to her listing.
The hand writing is very hard to read and looks like they entered Malgorzata before Vincent.

My Great-Grandfather Vincent (Vincento) Radaskiewicz death certificate from 1916.
There is quite a lot of information in this document.

Date of Death: 1916 May, 13
Date of Death: 1817 March, 10
Birthplace: Russia
Father's Name: Vincento Radaskiewicz
Mother's Name: Unkown
Burial Place: Southington, CT Cemetery: St Thomas
Informant: Mr. Vincento Radaskiewicz
Two thing I fine interesting, his birth date 1817 and his mothers name in unknown. I figure he was born about 1857 because the 1910 Census lists his age as 45 years old. I believe the informant was Uncle Vinny, which would explain why he wasn't sure of his grandmother name.
I went to St. Thomas's Cemetery and found his headstone. It was a newer looking a stone, probably a replacement of the original. If anyone has time to inquire at the cemetery about in grave site contact me with the information.
